What are the chances of rejection of a Dubai employment visa?

Generally, most Dubai employment visas are approved instantly but in some cases where there is a previous violation of overstay, any criminal record, or if the company quota is full, other than this the only reason a visa can be rejected is if there is an ongoing dispute with a certain country, then visas are not issued for a certain period of ban. If none of the above applies, then a visa is approved usually within 24 to 48 hours.
