How much does an employment visa cost in Dubai?

Actual visa costs vary depending on the company category in the Ministry of Labor (MOL), for ex: if the company has hired UAE nationals as required, then they will have categories A, B, or C. 

Fees can vary between 1500 to 3500 AED depending on which category the company falls in, it covers visa application fee, MOL offer letter, employment contract, medical test, Emirates ID Fee, Medical Insurance, Visa Stamping, and various typing costs. 

It can range from AED 4,000 to 8,000 per visa. As per law, employment visa costs have to be borne by the employer, if a company is asking an employee to bear or even share the costs, one should not accept.
