Kundra has been sent to 14 day judicial custody. Kundra who is 45 has been arrested by 11 others by the crime branch in relation to this case. Mumbai Crime Branch is now trying to trail funds to check if his celebrity wife Shilpa Shetty is in any way linked to this case but so far Raj and Shilpa have both claimed to be innocent.
