Indian ex-pat in Dubai saves three lives by donating his organs, now his widow seeks help Khushbuben with her husband NileshKumar in good times Indian ex-pat, Nileshkumar Chitaniya always wanted to donate his organs so when this 55-year-old ex-pat had a stroke while returning home one evening from his walk, he collapsed in his building parking, a passerby informed watchman who in turn informed his wife, Khushbuben. He was taken to a private hospital where he was found to be brain dead. Mr. Nileshkumar was an ac technician, running his small ac repair shop in bur Dubai.                     Image credit: Insta/shineyahuja Raj Kundra, husband of Shilpa Shetty arrested in Pornography case | denied bail | new FIR filed Raj Kundra , the famous Business man and husband of Bollywood Actress Shilpa Shetty has been arrested on July 20 for producing and distributing pornographic material.  Kundra has been sent to 14 day judicial custody.  Kundra who is 45 has been arrested by 11 others by the crime branch in relation to this case.  Mumbai Crime Branch is now trying to trail funds to check if his celebrity wife Shilpa Shetty is in any way linked to this case but so far Raj and Shilpa have both claimed to be innocent. UAE laws introduces several penalties to reduce the scope of writing bad  cheques by individuals and companies. UAE aims to be a global trade hub, with a fast growing economy. As a step to further boost the power of cheque and prevent people from writing bad cheques, the amendment gives courts to withdraw the cheque book from a convicted defendant and prevent him or her from obtaining any further cheque books for up to five years and also obliges the banks to pay partial payment of cheque due amount from the total available amount in account, thus relieving the creditor with partial payment. The amendment ensures that if the defendant does not return the cheque book when asked to his bank, he can be fined from 50,000 AED to 100,000 AED as decided by court. The law also holds banks responsible who do not follow the court order to be fined between 100,000 AED to 200,000 AED.
